Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 48-hours notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24-hours notice will be charged 100% of the total services canceled. No-shows will be charged 100% of the total services canceled. Late arrivals will end at their original scheduled time and will be billed for their original length of time; arrivals more than 10 minutes past the scheduled time are considered a no-show and are subject to the cancellation policy.

Arrival & Consultation

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This ensures adequate time for a short personal consultation so your therapist can tailor technique, focus areas, and pressure to your body’s needs that day.

Gratuity

Gratuities are not included in the service price and are entirely at your discretion. As a guide, a standard gratuity of 18-20% is typical and greatly appreciated by our expert therapists for their care.

Gift Certificates

Grand Central Thai Spa gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be presented at the time of service. Certificates expire one year from the date of purchase.

Professionalism

We maintain a sanctuary of respect. Any inappropriate behavior or comments will result in the immediate termination of the treatment at full price, and the guest will be asked to leave the premises.
