Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Grand Central Thai Spa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our established Spa Policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services & Booking

All services are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance through our online platform or by calling our sanctuary directly. A valid credit card may be required to secure your reservation.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a 50% service charge. No-shows (guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and provide no notice) will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Late Arrivals

We strive to provide each guest with their full treatment time. However, if you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest. The full service price will still apply.

Guest Conduct

Grand Central Thai Spa is a sanctuary of peace and healing. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session immediately if a guest exhibits inappropriate, disrespectful, or harassing behavior toward our staff or other guests. In such cases, the full service fee remains due.

Personal Property

We provide a serene environment, but Grand Central Thai Spa is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any personal items brought into the premises. We recommend leaving valuables at home or keeping them with you in your private treatment suite.

Liability

While our therapists are master-certified and follow strict safety protocols, you acknowledge that massage therapy involves physical touch and inherent risks. You agree to waive any claims of liability against Grand Central Thai Spa for injuries resulting from non-disclosure of medical conditions or normal treatment procedures.

Governing Law

These terms and your use of our services are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
